Sarah, alongside her husband Michael, co-founded K&S Disability Care. She began her journey in the dental field, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and attention to detail. With this background, Sarah brings a unique perspective and a deep commitment to ensuring high standards of care at K&S Disability Care.

Sarah’s transition into the disability sector was profoundly influenced by a personal experience in 2017, when Michael’s brother suffered a stroke. Witnessing the challenges faced by their family, Sarah and Michael were inspired to create a service that could provide meaningful assistance to those in need. Driven by this passion, Sarah pursued a Diploma of Community Services, equipping herself with the skills necessary to support individuals with disabilities.

Sarah’s extensive experience has touched the lives of many, fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated. Her genuine empathy and dedication to treating everyone with respect and dignity are evident in every interaction. Under Sarah’s leadership, K&S Disability Care has flourished, creating an environment where diversity is embraced, and every individual is treated with respect and dignity. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies, and going for long walks by the beach.
