Michael introduced K&S Disability Care together with his wife Sarah. With 16 years of experience in business and business management, Michael has received multiple awards for small businesses, including being voted in the top 4 of the Small Business Awards and winning the Youngest Business Entrepreneur award in previous years.

Michael’s journey into the disability sector began in 2017 when his brother suffered a stroke. This life-changing event deeply impacted Michael and Sarah, opening their eyes to the importance of supporting those in need. Determined to make a difference, Michael pursued a Certificate IV in Disability Support, equipping himself with the knowledge and skills necessary to help others. This passion for making a positive impact led to the creation of K&S Disability Care.

Michael is a devoted husband to his wife, Sarah, and a proud father to his son, Roman, and daughter, Laylah. He is also a caring brother to his two siblings. Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active at the gym, appreciating good food, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family.
